Architecture, fashion and design magazines can be very elusive, especially if you live somewhere like I do where design is not very prevalent. I can find some inspirational magazines at my local bookstore, but many I need to order online. Here are two of my favorites!

Heath Newsstand

This store is a designer’s dream. There is a physical store in San Francisco, which is under the umbrella of the famous Heath Ceramics company. Online, you can find books and magazines specifically curated for anyone interested in design, art and business. Purple Magazine, Filmmaker, ArtForum and Disegno are a few of my favorites. I could spend all day browsing the selections. You can also order Edith Heath’s famous bud vases from the site. I started collecting these 20 years ago and they just get better with time. I spotted them in a hotel in Nashville recently and I am so impressed how Heath Ceramics has grown into such an incredible brand. Find Heath Newsstand here.

Coffee Table Mags

Located in Hamburg, Germany, the owner was having trouble finding design magazines in the area so he made his own coffee and magazine shop. There is a wonderful selection from all over the world of interiors, design, coffee and travel magazines. NYTT Rom, Magazine B, Rum and Milk are a few that I really enjoy. They also have a great instagram account which shows the new arrivals and there are also videos of stacks other people have ordered for inspiration. You can find Coffee Table Mags here.

Happy Reading!

Do cool things,
